Arrrgh.
This is why I play RPGs.
Cruising along in a mine, fell (I don't even remember how) into an abandoned mine shaft, and from there even further down the shaft. Surrounded by spiders and skeletons. Tried to tunnel back toward the surface, but my character was eventually poisoned and killed. 3/4ths diamond armor - mostly enchanted - enchanted diamond sword, enchanted bow, several dozen loaves of bread, two dozen arrows, 7 levels of leveling up, and all the coal and iron that I went down to get in the first place... gone.
You can't start over from the last place you saved. All your stuff is scattered at the point where you were killed, and you start over empty-handed. Still have the buildings that I built, but...bleh.
...This is why I play RPGs.
Really, I should not play this game for more than an hour or so at a time. It makes me anxious.
Anyway. After all of my conviction last time, I'm not sure I'm going to do that AMV after all! I might do another one. I guess it's a matter of playing around with each and seeing what works. Hey, something will work out eventually.
